Objectives:

Identifying rights-based and gender-responsive measures. 

Ensure that plans, strategies, programs and budgets of government bodies, funding agencies and NGOs promote gender equality and access to resources.

Assessing the differential impacts of actions in the agricultural sector.

Proposed actions:

a. Assign a Gender Focal Point (GFP) for the national (interministerial)
level committee
b. Revisit the national policies and legislation to ensure that
gender and climate change are taken into consideration
a. Develop guidelines to engender budgets to promote
gender-segregated data for inputs, outputs and outcomes
