Heat Wave Duration

Heat wave: Number of days when, for some consecutive days, the temperature is greater than a certain threshold, keeping in view the climatology of the station.
The number of days counted as heat wave days when, for  at least 6 consecutive days, the Tmax ≥ 90th percentile of the temperature records in a year

Severe Heat Wave=Five consecutive Days with Daily Maximum Temperature ≥ 40°C
Moderate Heat Wave= Five consecutive Days with Daily Maximum Temperature ≥ 35°C and <40°C
Mild Heat Wave= Five consecutive Days with Daily Maximum Temperature ≥ 30°C and <35°C
